Hey there, I’m Caroline
Since our email list has grown exponentially over the last few weeks I thought I would take a few minutes to introduce myself. For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Caroline Tanis and I am a Financial Advisor, Speaker, and Strategist for highly ambitious women and their families.
My passion is helping women and their families to not only build a financial plan but one that helps them build their dream life. I have been so lucky that over the last several years my practice has grown rapidly and allowed me to work with clients who have become a second family to me. I have attended clients weddings, house warmings, and more watching their dream lives unfold.

This means I have some pretty busy days between doing reviews with clients, staying up to date on what’s happening with the market and the economy, to even just running a business. And I wouldn’t change a thing. I love hearing the updates on clients’ lives and helping them make financial choices that get them closer to or getting them across the finish line of achieving their dreams.
Ok that’s enough about work let me tell you a little bit more about who I actually am….
I was born down in Charlotte, NC but for the most part grew up in New Jersey. I am proud alumni of both The University of Delaware (B.S. in Financial Planning and Wealth Management) and St. Joseph’s University (MBA in Finance). After all of that education and half of a decade at a large bank where I began my wealth management practice I am back residing and working in New Jersey.
To answer the most common question- do you have kids? I am a proud mom of a 10 year old dachshund named Chester (see the photo above). He works hard here at TFG as our head of security and expert napper. Ok, if we’re being honest he’s more of an expert napper than he is anything else.
I am also incredibly lucky to be building my dream life. Not only running my own wealth management practice but with the activities I do outside of working hours. I love to entertain and I absolutely show my love for people through cooking. But when they all leave I am immediately jumping into sweatpants and curling up with a good book. When I’m not home I am on the road traveling. Every year I make sure to go on one big international trip (with my next trip just three weeks away). I have a pretty extensive bucket list but I’m always looking to add to it.
